Step 1: Investigation/Diagnosis
You don't have to know exactly what's wrong, all you need to do is send an email with the internet address of where the problem occurs and a light description of the malfunction. We will then go to the address you provided and check it out for FREE! From there we will determine what the problem is or we may need additional information (ie. Username and Password) to fully diagnose what is causing your site's malfunction.
Step 2: Git er' done!
We locate the problem causing files, open them and weed out the issues through a combination of experience and research.
